Shipping Policies

• All parcels are distributed by DHL and TnT Post
• Orders will be sent within 3 working days after your payment has been received.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday can not be sent earlier then the following Monday.
• LorenzoMartelli.com will send you a confirmation email, once your parcel has been sent.
• Be sure to include your correct exact complete address (always double check if your billing and shipping address is the same)
• Be sure to include your phone number so we can contact you if necessary
• If you wish to have your parcel insured a fee of 4.00 euros will be charged, and a signature of arrival will be asked by the recipitant.

Please note: We will not take any responsibility for loss or damage of the shipment in the mail if they are not insured. You will be asked to have your parcel insured in the checkout process. This option is always advised.

Returning Items:

• You are always allowed to send back your purchased items within 7 days after receiving them
• Returned items will only be accepted if they are unopened and in ordinary conditions.
• Delivery costs are always for your own charge.
• Always add a note to the box, regarding your wish or complaint, even if you have already discussed this with one of our customer service employees. Please do not forget to write down your address and phone number.
